• This company acts as a middleman between shippers, customers, and truck carriers, arranging full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and expedited freight services.

As a Tracking Agent, I have gained the following experiences.

• Keep track of the assigned drivers with the help of different tracking apps, such as MacroPoint, Load Market, Samsara, Motive, ELD tracking, and Valued Freight Connect (the company’s dedicated tracking app).
• Monitor loads, follow up with drivers' dispatch, or directly contact drivers through calls, texts, or emails.
• Update the shipper and customers with their shipment status, BOL, pickup and delivery times, driver location updates, and POD.

As a Compliance agent, I have gained the following experiences.

• For shipment-level compliance, I ensured proper documentation (BOL, POD, Rate Cons), carrier insurance verification, and legal load handling standards.
• I was responsible for ensuring that every carrier was legal or verified, every load followed regulations, and all the documents were correct before payment.
• Along with all others, I was also responsible for protecting the broker from fraud (especially double brokering) by vetting VIN numbers and licence plates on different platforms like Brokersnap, Carrier Assure, protecting from insurance issues by obtaining a Certificate of Insurance (COI), and safeguarding against other legal penalties such as overloading, safety violations, or hours-of-service breaches.
