Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations, leading the Supply Chain, Logistics, and Distribution functions for a consumer packaged foods company. Managing a team comprising Warehouse Manager, officers, warehouse staff, and the Distribution team.

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans and meet organizational objectives.

Reporting to the UAE Supply Chain Manager; I managed daily route planning and distribution of Nestlé products to approx. 500 drop-off points across the UAE. Led 3rd-party transport team, including floor in-charges and field personnel.

• Plan and get the daily distribution plan executed as per the targets set in the agreements with the customers.
• Management of the fleet including data analysis of truck mileage, maintenance and fuel expenses.

• Developed strategic plans aligned with market trends to enhance safety, quality, productivity and reduce costs.
• Created and managed the MENA Physical Logistics Dashboard in Power BI, reporting warehouse operations.
• Compliance lead for the Supply Chain operations in the region ensure local and regional guidelines.
• Lead auditor for the Distributors to ensure the quality and compliance standards are always the first priority.
• Super user for I Nexus, SAP (Material Handling module), MES (Contingency system) and CAPEX management.

Reported to Factory Logistics Manager; managed warehouse operations for 17,000-pallet in-house facility and 35,000-pallet 3rd-party site. Oversaw logistics for milk powders, confectionery, and culinary products with a team of 50 direct reports. Led accident investigations, chaired the factory supply chain committee, and spearheaded LEAN value stream implementation.
