Monitored operation, maintenance and management of CPEC H-T Section 04x Tunnels located on Hazara Motorway (M15-835) respectively, which are a high valued projects of NHA, Ministry of Communications, Govt. of Pakistan. Supported operations teams in day to day maintaining electro-mechanical equipment, inspection of PLCS, SCADA communication and FO cabile links, CCTV surveillance, lights illumination, Gensets and UPS backup power, longitudinal ventilation airflow through high speed axial fans, identifying events, CO, VI levels and fire detection suppression systems. Determined and prioritised routine saaks effectively developing improvements in identified areas of maintenance for solutions coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders with minimal guidance Liaised, and interacted senior management to influence and acquire necessary approvals resolving backlogs with National Highway and Motorway Police to alleviate burden on field staff and wrote cary-to-understand user-friendly interface and guidelines to increase road end-users comprehension. Under contractual agreement, supervision of staff providing recovery services along with well equipped ambulances as well as meeting fire fighting emergencies inline or compliance with SOPs, policies, RFP rules and regulations.
