• My job is to attend to patients admitted via the OPD and ER in the ward and NICU, take a focused history, perform relevant examinations, carry out investigations, and initiate management accordingly, and discuss with the seniors. Receive neonates from the OR and labor room, and initiate resuscitation if needed.
• Coordinated with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Ordered laboratory tests or imaging studies as needed for diagnosis or treatment planning.
• Kept informed of advances in medicine and computerized diagnostic and treatment equipment.

• My duties included taking care of patients admitted in wards, making ward rounds, carrying out round orders, making discharges, and clerking everything timely, and escalating to seniors if needed.
• Provided follow-up care for previously discharged patients.
• Explained policies, procedures and services to patients.

• My responsibilities were to take a detailed history of every patient admitted to the ward, make ward rounds with seniors, carry out round orders, and perform procedures like IV cannulation, blood sampling, passing NG tubes, catheterization, and blood transfusion.
• Ordered laboratory tests or imaging studies as needed for diagnosis or treatment planning.
• Adhered to all safety protocols while performing medical procedures.

As a house officer, I was involved in taking detailed history, performing examinations, carrying out important investigations, and making ward rounds with seniors , carry out procedures and complete discharges.
