i) Redesigning of H13 hot work die.

ii) Graphite lubrication of die during hot forging.

iii) Case hardening of die steel by salt bath nitrocarburizing.

  • Reduced process-induced defect rate in shot blast.
  • Quality inspection of surgical products according to ASTM F899 and ASTM F1089.
