Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise, SaaS, cloud, and eCommerce technology initiatives using Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies. Partner with business, product, engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, drive successful releases, and support enterprise transformation across finance, eCommerce, payments, and infrastructure platforms.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Operations, Commercial, and Compliance teams to prioritize backlogs, define scope, and align solutions with business objectives.
- Lead remote, distributed development and QA teams, facilitated Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standup, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Delivered SaaS and cloud initiatives, including migration of finance applications to Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Led requirements and delivery for eCommerce platforms supported secure checkouts and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Managed successful enterprise payment gateway migration from to a modern platform, defining API integrations, payment workflows, tokenization, refunds and fraud controls.
- Coordinated SOC 2 and PCI-DSS compliance efforts, including evidence collection, control documentation, and audit-ready artifacts.
- Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new features and change requests.
- Plan and execute UAT, ensuring deliverables met business and client expectations.
- Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, release notes, user guides, and training materials.
- Use SQL and reporting tools for data validation, analysis, and insight generation.
- Supported ServiceNow, Azure DevOps and Jira change management, ticket analysis, and dashboard/report creation.
- Manage project dependencies, mitigated risks, and ensured alignment across development, QA, and business teams.
- Provide post-implementation support, training, and client communication, including US-based stakeholders.
