- Ensure availability as per the duty roasters, behind all counters i.e. facilitation counter, briefing counters and immigration counters during operations in consultation with Duty Facilitation Officer.
- Provide relevant information for guidance and assistance of passengers.
- Communication with passengers, meters & greeters and other authorities.
- Checking all facilities in lounges on regular intervals and reporting un-serviceability to the concerned officials.
- Keep good liaison with all agencies, airlines and ground handling companies at IIAP.
- Monitoring flow of passengers by identifying bottle necks in passenger flow and making efforts to remove those bottle necks.
- Completing daily terminal Checks (as assigned) to the relevant supervisor and ensuring complaints are registered.
- Handling over of Found property to the concerned department.
- Take incident Control measures to avoid incident occurrence.
- Incident reporting to Terminal Manager and Ensure remedial measures as required.
