Tenant Acquisition and Lease Administration:
• Screening: Evaluating potential tenants by processing applications, conducting credit checks, and verifying information to ensure they are qualified.
• Negotiation: Negotiating lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants to achieve mutually beneficial terms and close deals.
• Documentation: Drafting, preparing, and executing legally sound lease agreements and managing all associated paperwork and records.
• Compliance: Ensuring all leasing activities and documentation comply with local, state, and federal leasing laws and regulations, including fair housing laws.
Tenant Relations and Retention
• Customer Service: Acting as the primary point of contact and building positive relationships with current and prospective tenants.

The role also includes creating and maintaining databases of key contacts for P.R. activities, utilizing websites and social media for promotion, and ensuring the general upkeep of the building or mall.
• Management: A key aspect of the role is supervising and training departmental assistants to ensure high-quality service and continuity of work.
