- Took the initiative to introduce and operationalize minitubers production using a cocopeat based hydroponic system, setting a new benchmark for disease free seed propagation.
- Led end-to-end management of disease free G0 minitubers production, achieving record breaking tuber per plant conversion through optimized nutrient solutions, environmental control and production scheduling.
- Improved geometry and nutrient management of disease free G1 seed potato production, significantly enhancing plant vigor and conversion efficiency from G0 to G1.
- Took the initiative for efficient utilization of greenhouses spaces by successfully producing two crops within one growing season through structural modification – installing cooling pads & exhaust fans in previously built green houses, improving geometry, microclimate management and overall productivity.
- Developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all kinds of greenhouse activities, ensuring consistency, traceability and continuous process improvement.
