• Achieve Special Asset Management (SAM) recovery targets through structured recovery drives, legal follow-ups, and borrower counseling.

• Actively work to achieve deposit targets, particularly in Current Account and Saving Account (CASA) portfolios.

• Supervise all daily operations ensuring compliance with ZTBL policies, SBP regulations, and audit requirements.
