• Arrange the Booking and pick up of shipments from the printing premises on every cycle
• Coordinate with the network (more than 150 branches/stations) to execute the delivery as per requirements by customer in due course
• Manage the collection and data from the network and provision of the same to client on the desired format with in time limits
• Respond promptly on all queries by the Mobilink team regarding POD status, POD, physical verifications, reconciliation/analysis of the data and provide support at optimum any kind of support required for the betterment of project
• Support sale team in processing invoice and recovery of the payments and help them to resolve the issues in this regard
• Duplicate Bills (PTCL, U-fone, Telenor & Mobilink)
• Supervise this project right from the pickup of the shipments from the customer premises to the provision of the data and recovery of the invoice amounts.
