Summary

Completed Bachelor in Textile engineering with specialization in fabric manufacturing from National Textile University, Faisalabad, have experience of working in Product, Planning & Control department of vertically integrated knitwear unit of Interloop Limited. After that worked as, a lecturer in the knitting department of National Textile University from March 2014 to January 2018. Have completed MS in Advanced Materials Engineering from NTU with MS thesis on the Development of Banana Fiber Extraction and Wet Laid Nonwoven Machine. Have completed his PhD in the field of Composite Materials at Universiti Sains Malaysia in November 2020. Have authored 17 international research articles published in International Journals, and written 6 book chapters published in Springer, Elsevier, CRC Press, Nova Science Publishers etc. Currently, working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Textile Engineering of NTU since January 2021. Secured national funding of 226.5 million Rs (as Co-PI) and International funding of 128800 RM (as Member/Co-PI). Have supervised 8 MS students (Co-supervisor). Currently supervising 2 MS students and 1 PhD student (as Co-supervisor).
