- To monitor & log plant parameters, carry out well testing activities, change charts and orifice plate of separator, take 2 & 4 hourly readings and inspect meter skid, F.G Scrubber, feed separator, inlet/outlet Separator, Glycol contractor, Generators etc
- To Start and shut the wells at wellhead and change and adjust production rates as per instruction
- Treatment of sour Gas and bring it to the client specification
- Handle the trouble shootings and minimize the Number of Un Planned Shutdowns
- To isolate and prepare vessels and equipment for maintenance safely in accordance with Energy Isolation and operational procedures
- To visit frequently to well site and check wellhead & wellhead compressors and log their parameters
- To get maximum flow rate from well by running Plant at maximum efficiency
- To ensure that production targets and product quality specifications are met and take samples for API, BS&W, PTB, and RVP
- To calculate net oil and gas production rates and coordinates with Logistics department Engineer and forwards the relevant documents to the Production office
- To maintain stock of chemicals, diesel, Portable water, First aid items, safety equipment
- Conduct periodically visual checks of skimmer pit, day tank, diesel tank, fire water ponds levels and chemical injection rates and records on a daily basis
- Co-ordinate with well works team for any job on gas and oil wells
- (Like Jet Pump retrieval, isolation of wellhead flow lines) for any work over job
- Inspect oil/water bowsers prior to filling operation as per developed and bowser loading operation checklist
- Maintains high standards of housekeeping in Process Area
- Planning for future and next Planned Maintenance Shutdown (PM Jobs)
- Maintain a safe and smooth Operation & minimize number of risks and Hazards
- Follow HSE policy and Permit to work system (PTW) of United Energy Pakistan
