During my time as a medical officer, I have actively embraced the chance to engage in informal teaching, focusing primarily on medical education. I thoroughly enjoyed teaching and mentoring medical students, junior doctors, and nursing officers, among others.

During my journey as a junior doctor, I have actively engaged in numerous teams working experiences that have had a profound impact on my professional growth and contributed to advancing medical knowledge.

In 2022, during the devastating flood crisis in Pakistan, I formed and led a team of five qualified doctors. Together, we visited the affected areas, providing essential medical care to the people, with a special focus on children and pregnant females.

Throughout my internship, I had the privilege of collaborating with diverse teams comprising individuals with exceptional skills from various disciplines. Together, we fostered a culture of mutual support, delivering the highest level of care to our patients with empathy and unwavering dedication.

The positive feedback received from my colleagues reinforced my belief in nurturing teams that empower junior members. During my clinical practice as a junior doctor, I had the privilege of assuming the role of senior clinical fellow in the Emergency Medicine Department, where I showcased my exemplary leadership qualities.

During my tenure as a senior clinical fellow in the Emergency Medicine Department, I encountered a situation where the team's efficiency seemed to decline, and note-keeping standards had dropped. As a result, certain investigations were overlooked, and some patients were seen unnecessarily on multiple occasions. To tackle this issue, I took the initiative to address it at a team meeting, involving all members in finding a resolution. Through open communication and collaborative efforts, we successfully rectified the inefficiencies, ensuring improved patient care and streamlined operations within the department.

Working in an emergency department demands quick thinking and the ability to make critical decisions under immense pressure. During my tenure, I encountered numerous high-stress situations and consistently demonstrated composure in making prompt and sound judgments. My decisions prioritized patient safety and the effective utilization of hospital resources.

Additionally, I have valuable experience in urinary catheterization and NG tube insertion of adult and paediatric patient. In venipuncture, I prioritize aseptic technique, adeptly locate veins, and collect blood samples for diagnostics. My expertise includes successful IV cannulations, with a strong focus on ensuring patient comfort. Additionally, I perform urethral catheterization accurately, always mindful of preserving patient dignity. I also demonstrate proficiency in DC cardioversion and defibrillation, efficiently delivering these life-saving procedures with precision and adherence to established protocols Furthermore, I exhibit skill in endotracheal tube (ETT) insertion, securing the airway and supporting patients' respiratory needs.

In reflecting on my own skills and abilities, I recognize the importance of continuous growth and improvement in the medical field.
