• List of work I do is as follows:
• BIM Modeling o Prepare new BIM projects for Architecture, Structure and MEP using our customized template o Update project with architectural, structural or other BIM models o Create, maintain and analyze federated model mainly for coordination purposes o Receive and manage multiple BIM models
• BIM Technical support (For BIM Site Implementation & Internal BIM modeling) o Meet with designers/owners as required to facilitate review of models as needed
• O Prepare and distribute clash reports to facilitate the coordination process
• O Prepare new BIM drawings for MEP Services o Configure, install, and maintain BIM Software’s and configuration files
• O Ambassador of company BIM standards and enforce BIM best practices and firmwide standards o Create and maintain standards, templates, and families
• O Interact with Operations to identify customization needs for BIM Process
• O Participate in and lead pilot projects for the implementation of new technologies and new versions of modeling, engineering, and analysis software
