• Spearheaded the establishment of nine physical warehouses across Pakistan, strategically located in Karachi, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Mardan, Faisalabad, Lahore (2 warehouses), Dera Ghazi Khan, and Multan. Successfully implemented efficient warehousing practices to optimize inventory management and streamline operations.
• Developed and implemented retail logistics arrangements tailored to order size and radius requirements, utilizing a variety of transportation options such as pick-ups, shehzore, small containerized vehicles, loader rickshaws, and bikes.
• Implemented an in-house dashboard to monitor and track the performance of these warehouses and warehouse supervisors. This dashboard provides real-time visibility into key metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
