• Ensured compliance with license and approval requirements of the Ministry of Education for a new nursery by demonstrating robust financial projections and education sector summary (Total Addressable Market-TAM, Serviceable Available Market-SAM, Serviceable Obtainable Market-SOM model) along with other management reports.
• Advised company management on implication of new taxes introduced by U.A.E. government, developed SOPs for compliance, and registered company with relevant tax authorities.
