• Review and approve final Production Plan (monthly, weekly & daily) keeping in view the business priorities.
• Ensure daily inventory reporting to all stake holders and based on SKD stock level plan replenishment of spare parts.
• Inventory reconciliation and reporting inventory summary to top management.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly internal and external inventory audits.
• Coordination of shipment from supplier and ensuring materials delivery on time for smooth production operations and to ensure timely supply to customer.
• To ensure and manage compliance for all agreed production schedules and inventories of all components as per business demand.
• Manage and coordinate within supply chain and other departments for new BOM updating in SAP.
• Involved in finalization of Supply Chain policies/SOPs, Process flows,Job description, organogram of team.
• Leading all SAP operations of warehouse and production.
• Team management and development.
• Coordinate with concerned team members for process of Type approval, SKD & Sales COC (Certificate of compliance) from PTA by ensuring availability of samples and all necessary information on time.

• Review and approve final Production Plan, MRP of import items and MPS (Master Production Schedule).
• Review and approve production orders of institution/3rd party/exports of both Global & Vision Pharmaceuticals.
• Aligned with Vision/Global factory management for trouble shooting of operational issues in Supply of Commercial/ Institution/3rd Party/Exports demand of both Global & Vision Pharmaceuticals.
• Lead Monthly S&OP process to deliver desired business results.
• Review and approve all IOMs (internal office memos) for addition/cancellation in current month Plan.
• Coordination of shipment in close coordination with warehouse and logistics team to achieve sales targets of Commercial/ Institution/3rd Party/Exports demand of both Global & Vision Pharmaceuticals.
• To ensure and manage compliance for all agreed production schedules and inventories of all components as per business demand.
• Track supplies status of all business segments (Commercial/ Institution/3rd Party/Exports) of both Global & Vision Pharmaceuticals and report to management.
• Manage inventory review to ensure optimal inventory level at all times and timely information to concerned quarter for low shelf life items.
• Manage and coordinate within supply chain and other departments for new product launch (materials/artworks/R&D readiness).
• Involved in LC meeting of Import.
• Involve in Supply Chain policies/SOPs.
• Team management and development.

• Managing the S&OP process to deliver the desired business results for 470 SKU’s worth Annual Sales Value of over (1.58 billion PKR) for Exports.
• Calculating and monitoring forecast accuracy and bias.
• Involved in finalizing for MPS (Master Production Schedule) and MRP (Material resource planning) for Exports.
• To ensure and manage compliance for all agreed production schedules and inventories for all components as per business demand for for Exports and CMOs.
• Monitor and analyses inventory reports to ensure optimal inventory level at all times and timely information to concerned quarter for low shelf-life items for Exports and CMOs.
• To ensure Case fill within prescribed timeframe and monitor service level for all stakeholders for Exports and CMOs.
• Co-ordination of shipments in close co-ordination with warehouse and logistics team to achieve sales targets for Int Ops and CMOs.
• Ensure New Developments/ Launches products within agreed timeframe.
