• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement.
• Maintain detailed logs of machinery performance and issues.
• Report major breakdowns or recurring issues to higher management.
• Prepare maintenance reports and cost estimates for repairs.
• Work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure machinery availability.
• Communicate with operators to understand issues and provide solutions.
• Liaise with external contractors for major repairs or overhauls.
• Quickly respond to machinery breakdowns to minimize project delays.
• Analyze root causes of frequent failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.

• Handling Purchasing of all type of items heavy construction Machineries.
• Corresponding with vendors for spare parts and repairable items.
• Handling auto electric parts.
• Maintain & Submitting Accounts of purchases on daily basis.
• Corresponding with Site PM’s for follow-ups.
• Process purchase orders markets to place orders with suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers and respective markets to ensure timely delivery.
• Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.
• Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of coordinating all of the entities involved in a supply chain.
• Knowledge of managing returns and rejections professionally & promptly with suppliers.
• Able to negotiating rates with local contractors and also international companies.

• Generating Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders in Oracle.
• Inventory Control & reconcile mechanical stores.
• Dealing with Vendors for Payments & for requisition follow-ups.
• Preparing Monthly presentations as per advice by Mechanical Manager.
• Visiting Sites on weekly basis.
• Produce reports/management information.
• Support the Binladin partners in assembling proposals and presentations.
• Carry out general administrative and office managerial tasks including filing, telephone answering,
• data entry, record keeping, printing, binding etc.

Controlling technicians and monitoring of Mechanical work

Co-ordinate with Engineers regarding site issues

Follow up the material and take off the drawings

Dealing with MSR`s (Manual and Oracle)

Deal with general and client inquiries via phone and email.
