  • Company Overview: HOD (House of Decor) is a building construction firm as well as Manufacturer of Aluminum, Steel, Glass, Interior Products like Wooden Floors, Solid Wood, Laminate Floors, Wallpaper, Artificial Grass, PVC Fluted Panels, PVC Flooring, M/S CNC works, Kitchen Cabinets & Glass Designing etc. Our Keys Clients are Descon Engineering & Izhar Pvt. Ltd., Meezan Bank Branches all across Pakistan, Team Overc's & Premium Builders for Domestic and Commercial Projects both.
  • Deliver projects on a timely basis, while maintaining safety, quality, and profit goals.
  • Appoint project leaders and delegate key responsibilities while providing guidance on project targets.
  • Maintaining strict financial controls to ensure site budgets and representative offices operate within defined standards.
  • Resolve complex issues with clients, subcontractors, JV partners etc.
  • Ensure projects are adequately staffed and strong talent development programs are in place to get new managers coming through the ranks.
  • Dealing with project activities, right from conceptualization to execution, involving finalization of technical specifications, scheduling, manpower planning, procurement, vendor development, progress monitoring, site management, etc.
  • Responsible for administration of contracts, quality of work, their timely completion and finalization of bills within a reasonable period after completion of work.
  • Responsible for taking care of Security deposits, Performance Securities, secured advances, Mobilization advances, bank guarantee, contract price, execution of contracts, work orders as case may be, with their validation, verification and safe custody/possession for the projects under him.
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Review the work progress on daily basis.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Hiring a new staff according to company's need a requirement.
  • Lead Procurement department by carries out inventory management and planning to ensure optimum inventory stock to maintained for running smooth operations.
