Working nationally with more than 20 Livestock and 30 poultry Corporates and commercial sector all over Pakistan. Providing product trainings to team, conducting technical meetings & seminar in all regions of Pakistan. Engaging Customers, providing technical solutions, technical support and guidance. Introducing Research-based products and solutions to company and industry are the main interest. PHARMACOINFORMATICS APPROACHES FOR ANALYSIS OF ER-ALPHA INHIBITORS, ATTA-URRAHMAN SCHOOL OF APPLIED BIOSCIENCES, 2023-01-01

It was based upon drug re-purposing for mutant ER-alpha induced Breast cancer. In this research project, drug inhibitors of mutated estrogen receptor alpha were targeted. Data analysis of public databases was done to find suitable inhibitors on the basis of bioactivity, inhibitory concentration (IC50). These drug candidates were used to build a QSAR model and test compounds were screened using QSAR leading to successful achievement of 4 drug hits which can be further validated by MD simulations and cell culture assays.

  • The manuscript of the title “Pharmacoinformatics Approach for the Analysis of ER-alpha Inhibitors” has been submitted to our supervisor for evaluation.
