Headed business operations having 185MT capacity, it is the project of Unity Foods Limited. Managed end-to-end supply chain for commercial and consumer pack brands with a selling capacity of 2500MT for Bulk and 1500MT for consumer packs on monthly basis.
Achievement on the Project: · Implementation of SAP4HANA · Handled 50,000 MT cargo of wheat yearly basis. · Developed sales network for the Bulk of around 2500MT per month around 1.6B per month. · Developed cost-efficient suppliers for raw materials. · Increased the production capacity 110MT to 185MT per month. · Management of SP ratio around 100% overall basis · Controlled screening utilization of around 1.5M per month · Maintained 3PL System with cost-effective rates per kg around Re.1 · Handled customer queries and provided required solutions according to their requirements.Responsible to provide operational support to overall business projects including IT, E-commerce, Construction facilities and E-learning education worldwide services.
Headed M.M Flour Mill (Pvt) Ltd business operations having 180MT capacity, it is the project of M.M. Group of Companies. The running flour brands are "Moulvi Atta, Moulvi Fine Atta and Moulvi Maida". The overall accountability of the project is as under:
· Devised, deployed and monitored processes to boost long-term business success and increase profit levels. Assessed financial statements and projection reports to evaluate overall business performance develop targeted improvements and implement changes according to business requirements.
Achievements on the Project:
· Handle 45,000 MT cargo of wheat at a cost of Rs. 1.8 billion approx. for the season. And develop the required warehouse layout to maintain the continuous supplies of wheat during the season and off-season too.
· Start at scratch and provide the breakeven point within 16 months after the inception of the project.
· Installed new shifters in the mill to enhance the productivity of the project.
· Installed 2 Silos at the mill at the 5000 MT capacity each to cater for the future needs of the project.
· Developed the mill's supply chain management system inclusive of logistics, operations, sourcing and the planning side.
· Developed the distribution network and handle the sales cycle inclusive volume of around 4 to 5000 MT approx. 230 million on monthly basis and 2.7 billion on yearly basis.
Headed M.M Ghee Mill (Pvt) Ltd business operations having 200MT capacity. It is the project of M.M. Group of Companies. I have headed its business operations. The products are Moulvi Cooking Oil, Moulvi Vanaspati, Andaz Cooking Oil and Andaz Vanaspati.
· Was the part of launching team and developed initially 3000+ retail outlet setups in the Karachi region for the edible oil and vanaspati for the product.
· Maintained sales cycle around 700MT volume & 5.2millions monthly & 64 million yearly approx. on a value basis initially.
· Developed the supply chain process from the startup and enhance it as per the need of the company.
