Job Description: This is a Managerial level position reporting directly to the Medical Director.

• Design of clinical SOPs and clinical guidelines in compliance with best practice.
• Setting up a Complaint Management Cell as well as designing SOPs for effective Complaint management system along with staff training.
• Comprehensive design of feedback forms along with the implementation of SOP for feedback analysis and reporting leading to appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Handling of multiple surveillance visits / audits by Regulatory Bodies / Quality Management System including Pakistan Medical Commission, Punjab Healthcare Commission, College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan, Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority, Punjab Blood Transfusion Authority, ISO 9001-2015.
• Maintain standards of service through impeccable attention to guidelines provided by the Healthcare commission. Ensure implementation of HIMS system to improve patient records management and compliance confidentiality guidelines.
• Overall supervision of all departments and liaison with the governing bodies.
• The most important achievement during this process was the revision of the Hospital’s policy document and certification from The International Conference on Harmonization and Good Clinical Practice Guidelines.

Job Description: This is a Managerial level position reporting directly to the Medical Superintendent.

• Managing and treating patients in surgical wards.
• Managing patients in Outpatient Departments, ICU and surgical emergencies.
• Assisting minor & major surgical procedure under General & Local anesthesia in General and Minor Operation Theatres.
• Managing record on HIMS system to keep safe patient History treatment/management and data.
• Perform pleural aspiration, peritoneal aspiration, lumbar puncture, nasogastric intubation, urethral catheterization, recording and reporting ECG, endotracheal intubation, CPR, insertion of CVP line, arterial puncture
• Responsible to receive patients post-transplant, review their treatment as per the consultant’s advice. Manage and deal with all the emergencies and complications.
• Maintain the rosters of ICU staff, inventory and supervise the daily functioning of the ICU.
• Post-operative counseling of both patient and attendant.
