Summary

As an Associate Professor at National University of Sciences and Technology, with a PhD in Industrial Engineering and a Major in Design of Manufacturing Systems, I have been teaching and researching for over eight years. My core competencies include manufacturing system design, reconfigurable manufacturing systems, risk management, smart manufacturing, additive manufacturing, data analytics, indigenous development of robotic systems, and outcome-based education (OBE). I am author and editor-in-chief of book titled “Handbook of Manufacturing Systems and Design: An Industry 4.0 Perspective” and have published multiple articles in reputed international journals. I have been also involved in industrial consultancy projects on automated guided vehicles, solar technologies, and problem-solving/decision-making in industrial setups.
