Dr.Tanveer UL HAQ

Have 24 years of experience in teaching, administration, training, continuous professional development and management of school& college activities. I have vast experience and expertise in heading a big team. As a head of managing the school &college I manage around 60 teaching staffs, 20 non-teaching staffs, and students of various ages from 1st grade to 12th grade. I have helped the management by my dynamic professional work which helped in profitable budgeting without losing the safe and healthy environment of the institution. As Trainer, I have trained more than 10000 heads, principals, teachers in all areas of Punjab under the CPD (Continuous Professional Development) framework of PEF (Punjab Education Foundation) and DSD (Directorate of Staff Development). My greatest strengths which helped me to achieve a successful head position are my logical and critical thinking, ability to solve the problem quickly and efficiently, excellent communication skills and management ability.
