• Seed production of hybrid rice
• Season 2022: 100 acres’ average yield of 42 mounds/acre, 120-ton cleaned hybrid rice seed was produced.
   Season 2023: Hybrid 1 = 100 acres’ average yield of 43 mounds/acre, Hybrid 2 = 200 acres’ average yield of 25 mounds/acre (average yield was reduced due to heavy attack of rice blast disease), and 300 tons of cleaned hybrid rice seed were produced.
   Season 2024: Hybrid 1 = 150 acres and Hybrid 2 = 300 acres are planted at Tando Bago (Badin) for hybrid rice seed production.
  o Seed production of hybrid maize
   Season 2022: 250 acres of double cross maize hybrids (average yield 90–100
  mounds/acre) and 100 acres of single cross maize hybrids (average yield 60–80
  mounds/acre) were produced & processed, i.e., dried in dryers, shelled, and graded.
   Season 2023: 300 acres of double cross maize hybrids (average yield 95–100
  mounds/acre) and 150 acres of single cross maize hybrids (average yield 70–80
  mounds/acre) were produced & processed, i.e., dried in dryers, shelled, and graded.
   Season 2024: 300 acres of double cross maize hybrids & 200 acres of single cross maize hybrids are planned for production.
  o In charge of Rachna Agri-Business Warehouse Sahiwal, supervising staff, maize, rice, and cotton seed processing (grading & packing).

Taught genetics courses to graduate and postgraduate students

• Managed over 30 university classes in terms of lecture schedule, teacher availability, and examination.
• Utilized various assessment tools, such as quizzes, lab reports, and essay assignments, to evaluate student comprehension effectively
