- I have expertise in monitoring the patients in labour, performing detailed physical, pelvic or per speculum examinations, CTG, maintaining partogram, transfusing IV iron or blood products when needed, controlling blood pressures and glucose levels, encouraging breastfeeding, counselling for family planning
- I have performed almost 5 normal vaginal deliveries, 4 assisted vaginal births, 3 repair of episiotomies, 4 C-sections, 2 marsupialisation, 2 cystectomies, 3 dilatation and curettage under supervision.

- During pandemic of Covid-19, I worked mainly in wards under supervision
- Isolation rooms with negative pressure were built to avoid spread of disease
- I independently managed patients with decreasing saturations using nasal cannulas, face mask, non re breather masks, continuous positive airway pressure CPAP machines, bilevel positive airway pressure BIPAP machine and ventilators
- The major treatment of covid relied on convalescent plasma therapy while for prevention vaccination was encouraged
- Furthermore, I passed 3-4 endotracheal tubes independently, numerous ETT under supervision, and assisted 4-5 chest tube intubation
- I saw various cardiac complications of covid, and managing them timely by starting cardiac support medications and effective CPR techniques.

- I have assisted in giving surfactant to premature babies, learned about phototherapy and its calculation, blood exchange therapies, incubators and ventilator settings for babies.

- I had done 10-15 spontaneous vaginal deliveries along with the repair of episiotomy and sometimes restoration of anal canal, 7-10 assisted vaginal deliveries, 5-8 elective and emergency cesarean sections, 1-2 hymenectomies, 5-7 myomectomies, 1-3 bilateral tubal ligation, 13-15 insertion or removal of IUCDs under supervision.
