Safe Use and disposal of sharps. (Nov 2023)
I found audit to be of most value because I got to learn practice in wards and analyzed that against standard criteria. I got to see the points which hindered the safe practice and thus was able to give recommendations to improve the practice.
I am planning to do audit on sanitation in my health facility in Pakistan as well so it will be very helpful for me to figure out the deficiencies in practicing sanitation.

• In the first half of 2022, I assumed a supervisory role for the "Reach Every Door" COVID-19 Vaccination campaign. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of Vaccinator's, Lady Health Workers, and Area Incharges, we conducted vaccination work. To overcome various challenges, we actively engaged experienced local community members, leveraging their valuable insights. Through effective teamwork and seamless cooperation, we successfully executed the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination Campaign, even addressing community concerns. To ensure effective communication, I partnered with a local lady health worker who shared the same language, allowing us to provide counseling and information together.
• In my area vicinity, I have been working with 1 lady health visitors and 6 Lady healthcare visitors along with Nutritional supervisor to implement Integrated maternal neonatal and child health guidelines. So far we have been able to screen many Severe Malnourished Children and referred.
• I supervised and Monitored more than 5 Polio Vaccination campaign as Medical officer in 2022 and 2023. I personally conducted door-to-door inspections to ensure every child received the vital polio vaccination, ensuring the success of the polio campaigns.
• Session with LHWs with designation of area to guide new mothers about breast feeding and common neonatal condition and how to pick signs of emergency situation and how to seek medical advice immediately.
• Supervised Session with LHVs and Midwives about Safe Delivery and resuscitation of newborn if needed and if help not available
• Teaching session done with LHVs about IMNCI and how to pick an Emergency Medical Conditions.
• Attended and managed Multiple Medical Camps to help out needy and Poor Patients.
• I supervised Tuberculosis Directly Observed Therapy (DOT) program along with district TB Co-Ordinator, streamlining the tuberculosis patient screening process and ensuring their effective management. This involved maintaining constant communication with proper record and providing treatment for both presumptive and Confirmed tuberculosis patients.
• Supervised Dengue Primary prevention programe in which we used to find mosquito breeding places and dug them with mud along with community labour help.
