• Lead complex partnership and joint-venture working with local authorities, funders and advisers, including input into governance arrangements, risk allocation and long-term value protection.
• Oversee commercial and income-generating structures including power purchase agreements (PPAs), virtual PPAs and community investment models.
• Provide clear, concise reporting and recommendations to PEC Renewables and subsidiary boards, supporting effective decision-making and accountability.
• Represent PEC in sector partnerships, project-specific forums and policy discussions related to community energy and local power.

Senior leadership role responsible for organisational oversight and delivery of the city’s net zero ambitions across buildings, energy, transport and behaviour change.

• Led multi-million-pound programmes delivering carbon reduction, energy efficiency and local energy outcomes.
• Managed annual capital and revenue budgets in excess of £15m and secured significant external funding to support delivery.
• Influenced political and executive leadership to embed net zero priorities across the organisation.
• Built and governed cross-sector partnerships, including a long-term strategic partnership with Plymouth Energy Community.
• Managed and developed a multidisciplinary team, supporting performance, wellbeing and professional growth.

Progressive career in energy, sustainability and organisational change, including roles as Low Carbon City Officer, Business Change Officer, Sustainable Energy Officer and Recycling Officer.
