Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Due diligence, AML, CFT and KYC of home remittance partners timely.
  • Maintain healthy relationship with home remittance stakeholders i.e, operations, compliance, IT, Contact center.
  • Help Partners in sorting out their treasury and reconciliation matters.
  • Help Partners in creating system IDs, system integration, savvy and coordinate with the concerned in resolving the IT issues.
  • Maintain monthly MIS and assist the Unit Head in gathering data from Partners.
  • Look after and resolve regulatory (PRI - Pakistan Remittance Initiative) complaints.
  • Assist the Business Head in his travel and billing matters (Expense Report).
  • Managed senior-level personnel working in marketing and sales capacities.
  • Planned, created, tested and deployed system life cycle methodology to produce high quality systems to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identified and communicated customer needs to supply chain capacity and quality teams.
