2. Create, update and maintain retail staff shift schedule and manage staff shift rotations.

1. Support Station Manager in daily operations by making sure all SOPs are being followed and all assigned units are working in organized way.
2. Help in making employee schedules, track inventory, organize staff rotation and distribute work among staff according to situation.
3. Create reports like Employee performance, staff clock in and out, monthly sales, cash shortage/excess, staff misconduct, employee of the month and forward them to Station Manager in time.
