Polymer is a data security and DLP (data loss prevention) software for SaaS applications. It tracks the violations and remediates directly SaaS applications. It takes care of both the data in motion and the data in rest.

My Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the codebase and participate in architecture and design decisions considering scalability
• Lead and manage the team of engineers based in the Pakistan office
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support
• Remove blockers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
