Account Specialist the role mainly to open Corporate Commercial Accounts, analyze and arrange documents received for completeness (AOF, FATCA, CRS-Entity, CRS Personal Controlling Individual and Personal Information Forms for shareholders)
Liaise with AML, Compliance and Legal Departments for approval of High-Risk Entities i.e. Free Zone, BVI, Gold Jewelry, Oil Trade, Investment, Offshore Branches of Offshore Companies and Foreign Companies.
Arrange documents with AOF (Trade License, MOA, Board Resolution, Passports, IDs, Site Visit, Audit Financials, Check List, Key Indicator, KYC Business Profile) for submission to COD-ASU Department.
Support Relationship Manager Corporate Commercial to achieve sales targets. Act as first contact point for defined Corporate & Commercial customers, understand their needs, risk appetite and sell the available services based on customer's net worth to maintain the quality portfolio.
Periodically monitor the loan portfolio and ensure its compatibility with profitability objectives and risk management guidelines.
Take interest to cross sell Bank's products and services to support the achievements of the Bank targets.
Provide high level of customer services by ensuring that all requirements for facilities are made available and handled promptly and efficiently to enhance the customer satisfaction.
Agree with the Head of Corporate Banking for a self-development plan and Develop positive business relationship by visiting customers with/without RM.
