Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing a joint collaboration project between the Sindh Government and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) to improve immunization status and coverage.
• Focused on reducing the burden of zero dose children through various approaches, including nutrition, RMNCH, and immunization initiatives.
• Developed and updated tracking spreadsheets for process monitoring and reporting.
• Cultivated positive relationships with UC level & Vaccinators to deliver quality services based on RED/REC approach (REACH EVERY District / REACH EVERY CHILD).

• Responsible for managing daily out-patient cases belonging to internal medical, paediatrics, gastroentrology etc
• Provided First level primary care treatment to patients .
• Referral of complicated cases to secondary and tertiary care centres.
• Managing line-list of infectious disease cases and their retrieval.
• Keeping up-to-date with new advancements and treatment options by regularly attending CMEs.
• Managing different assignments in community

Key responsibilities:

• Developed comprehensive microplan involving all the community workers with each and every household meticulously marked with targetted population.
• Training of the community health workers involved in data collection and vaccination.
• Monitoring and supportive supervision of the staff
• Lead upto 20 rounds of Polio Vaccination Drive as UCMO
