1. Establish and enforce job site quality control programs
2. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities
3. Identify and resolve deficient work

III. Site Management
1. Monitor site activities daily and assist in future planning
2. Ensure job site is kept clean and organized
3. Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings

IV. Subcontractor Management
1. Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
2. Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors
3. Provide direction and resolve problems amongst site subcontractors

V. Leadership
1. Lead construction teams and allocate resources
2. Ensure effective manpower, equipment, and materials management
3. Collaborate with Construction Manager to achieve project goals

2. Coordinated completion of systems for pre-commission activities
3. Scheduled with client coordination

III. Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning
1. Led pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for initial start-up
2. Conducted test package activities (500 test packages)

IV. Quality and Safety

1. Attend meetings with subcontractors and internal teams
2. Advise subcontractors on priorities and responsibilities
3. Ensure strong coordination between subcontractors, site supervisors, engineering, and material departments

IV. Testing and Inspection
1. Prepare hydro test packages as per marked P&ID
2. Review and approve test packs
3. Verify completion of punch list items

V. Pipe & Support Fabrication and Installation
1. Fabricate piping as per isometric drawings and P&ID
2. Fabricate and install standard pipe supports as required

VI. Safety and Quality
1. Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures
2. Verify participation and adherence to safety protocols

3 .Supervised training of new construction and extraction workers on safety practices and procedures

3. Witness flushing after hydrostatic testing
4. Verify gasket and bolt tightening

IV. Punch List Closure and Reinstatement
1. Close category A/B punch items
2. Review weld log sheets as per site construction
3. Ensure reinstatement after testing

V. Coordination and Communication
1. Coordinate with client and internal departments
2. Ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector Responsibilities:

I. Radiographic Testing
1. Review radiographic films
2. Prepare and review radiographic testing procedures
3. Prepare and review radiographic safety procedures

II. Ultrasonic Testing
1. Calibrate ultrasonic testing equipment
2. Prepare DAC (Data Acquisition and Control) with ultrasonic testing equipment
3. Perform and supervise ultrasonic testing operations
4. Prepare and review ultrasonic testing procedures

III. Equipment Management
1. Handle and import non-destructive testing equipment

IV. Safety and Compliance
1. Review Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical use in testing
2. Ensure compliance with codes and regulations

V. Client Coordination and Third-Party Inspection
1. Coordinate with clients
2. Witness and verify tests performed as per codes
3. Conduct third-party inspections for:
- Hardness testing
- Holiday testing
