Summary
I have experience of 05 years of Graphic designing. I also have comprehensive knowledge of curriculum Designing and marketing campaign designing, key methodologies and knowledge of designing.
I have a thorough understanding of methodologies and techniques for videography, photography, video editing and social media handling meanwhile employed for school promotions and had a successful evaluation of campaign System with a normal cycle of return. As a head Graphic designer my job required me to assist to cover, develop and design school’s programs, and Design preparing School marketing Plans.
I established procedures that created and maintained an attractive, organized, functional, healthy, clean and safe environment at Head office. I identified the professional developmental opportunities of staff and supervised developmental initiatives.
I am very good at succession management and have trained many co-designers / SC (school coordinators) for marketing campaign designing, and many of them are currently working in the capacity of head Designer at different places.
Planned different Early Years and Primary schools curricular & extracurricular banners, such as, Open Day, Drama Festival, Thematic Speech / Costume Competition, Coffee
Mornings & different Parental engagement activities at the creative schools.
My role also required to train new hiring with new methodology and 21st century skills. Furthermore I have developed and design 24 Montessori and grade 1-7 ICT books for The Creative Schools.
