• Inspection of all the Civil work activities at site and assist technically
• Supervision of all the Site work activities by checking the work done and raise inspection
• Preparing material requisition order
• Allocation of manpower resources to the site work daily basis
• Ensure the construction information is timely available to all departments when needed
• Ensure the project milestone dates are achieved
• Preparing work schedule for the next day activities
• Pre inspection of the work prior to authority's inspection
• Coordinate with project manager and site supervisor
• Assume and take responsibility on the assigned program/project

• Directly monitor all small and medium scale projects without consultant involvement
• Control the risk and issue change proposals, Verify scope gaps and act mitigation measures to the schedule of work with PMC/Consultants/Contractor
• Raise and flag on the areas of concern and act for solution
• Monitor Contractor/PMC/Consultant performance
• Inspection of work and give approvals under the terms and conditions of consultancy services with PMC/Consultant
• Implement direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery
• Ensure all technical information is available when required for the delivery of design or construction
• Monitor Contractor and Sub-Contractor in the Project site
• Review and handle all Variations of Contractors
• Review Project close out documentations and handing over to Facilities department
• Promote forward thinking and always strive for Engineering excellence
• Represent the Company when involved with external Organization
• Ensure Company Policies, rules and regulations are Implemented properly at work
• Conduct quality site walk to ensure work quality meets the customer requirements
• Ensure work is carried out as per specification, method of statement & approved drawings
• Review of shop drawings, as built drawings, Material submittals
• Ensure that all the test and inspections are in accordance with the company contract
• Liaise with Construction manager for the conduct of day-to-day quality activities at site
• Preparation of Sub contractor payments
• Checking of levels at site work by using auto level machine
• Conduct meeting with client with respect to materials approval
