  • During the absence of the Country Director, In-charge of the Country Office for managing internal program and administrative functions and maintaining communication with other units of the Foundation
  • Served as the Acting Country Director, reporting directly to the Regional Director of FNF South Asia for 18 months during the absence of the country director from December 2017 until May 2019
  • Established and maintained relationships with partners, government agencies, and critical individuals
  • Identified, coordinated, and developed programs with various partners, including universities, religious schools, NGOs, and think tanks
  • Coordinated and conducted training workshops, such as Freedom Gate Pakistan, Alumni programs, and lecture series on burning issues

  • Coordination with the bank, releasing payments to the partners, and vendors and maintaining the funds status at banks

  • Coordination of national, regional and international training offered by FNF (i.e International Academy for Leadership, Germany nominations and study tours) and incoming visitors, after approval by the Head of the Country Office
  • Management of the Networking and activities of Pakistani Alumni of the International Academy for Leadership (IAF)

Ombudsperson (FNF South Asia) – 2021 - 2025

Elected as an Ombudsperson from FNF South Asia in 2020 (for two years) and then in 2023 (for three years), with the main tasks are:

  • Announcing and supporting the implementation of the FNF code of conduct;
  • Acting as contact persons for all complaints regarding a violation of the code of conduct in their region and advising on how to proceed;
  • Mediation of conflicts between the persons involved on site;
  • Supporting the persons engaged in the possibly necessary event of conflict escalation to bodies specified in the code of conduct if the conflict cannot be resolved locally;
  • (Co-)organising of training and information measures for regional staff for the code of conduct.
