Implementation of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Pakistan Project Track and Trace system in Multi-National Companies Pakistan Tobacco Company (BAT) Jhelum. Philips Morris International Sahiwal. Also work with Pakistan well known companies Fatima Fertilizer Sadiqabad ,Fauji Fertilizer Sadiqabad, Pak-Arab Fertilizer Multan and Engro Fertilizer Daharki. Responsibilities/Accomplishments:

• Prepare ELV Control Panels for TTS Project and Electronics equipment. Applicators, Data man, Sensors, Power supplies, etc.

• Prepare Technical Specifications, calculation sheet terms, and conditions, and Inventory management.

• Also Work on HSE policies and Implementation of HSE policies on Site

• Do erection of RYK Distillery and Efficiently developing operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and screening alternative solutions; calculating economics; determining impact on total system. Anticipating operational problems by studying operating targets, modes of operation, and unit limitations; monitoring unit performance
• Performed necessary computations during preparation of electrical schematics, system drawings and wire diagrams.
• Overhauling, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of 13.5MW Generators, Motors & Transformers (L.T & H.T), Switchgears, and other electrical equipment. Good knowledge of testing instruments. Meager (L.T & H.T), Earth tester, AVO Meter control wiring and Cable Termination of L.T & H.T. Hand-on work Experience of VFD. Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Parameter feeding of motors. Rated up to 1500kW
• Coordinated tasks of electrical contractors, work crews and public agencies to meet project deadlines.
• Followed OSHA-mandated safety protocols and generally accepted guidelines during project execution.
