  • We have completed the S4hana conversion project successfully, I was involved and lead the project as per requirements specifically in FICO, S& D, Production Planning and ZATCA VAT implementation phase
  • Now we are successfully meeting the ZATCA reporting requirements, we updated the existing master data fields specifically to generate the QR code to comply with legislature requirements
  • In this conversion project not only updated the converted the system database but also re-engineered the business process, added more functionalities where there is requirements with the consent of concerned BPO’s
  • I am primarily responsible to provide the support to the existing ECC System functions for their smooth execution, like routine, period end activities, year end activities
  • Besides the routine work as of now S4hana conversion project workshops are in progress I have to make sure the re-engineering of processes, implementation conversion the process by adopting the best practices, minimizing the gap among industry practices and SAP best practices by leading then of SAP Modules like FICO, SD, PP, QM, PM, PS, BW / SAC and their integration
  • Altaf is also used to take the initiatives to implement the new SAP tool to automate the process and minimize the gaps
  • I have completed successfully the E_ invoicing solutions (generation phase) project to meet the ZACTA requirement within the timelines and costs
  • Now a days working on ZATCA E_ Invoicing Integration phase to comply with their requirements
  • Recently I have completed as a project Manager, PM rollout project at one of our sister concern, ZATCA generation phase besides this I have implemented the COPA ( account based) and updated the product Costing and PP modules PCA and CCA in the upgrade project internally
