You will note from my professional dossier that I have represented law firms' foreign and local corporate clients in a number of different areas of law including civil, corporate and commercial both (contentious and non contentious) and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) matters with emphasis on intellectual property law as well as environmental law. I have worked on various legal matters ranging from drafting / amending variety of international commercial contacts, conducting negotiations and providing legal opinions while shadowing the senior associate.
I assisted the learned faculty in carrying out the capacity building of designated judicial officers through the training program organised by the Punjab Judicial Academy.
I worked here as a research fellow under the guidance of Director Research. The Portfolio entailed carrying out extensive legal research and particular on civil and criminal matters for guidance of the judges of the District Judiciary
I worked in the Oversees Pakistanis Cell Lahore High Court in the supporting capacity for resolution of problems of ex-patriate Pakistanis regarding their pending litigations in the courts of Punjab.
