• Implemented an end-to-end S&OP cycle, including demand and supply clinics and executive reviews, aligning stakeholders on forecasts, inventory, supply constraints, and commercial priorities.

Market Logistics Lead:

Led a team of four people, handling the E2E supply network operations for Global Development Markets in the IMEA region.
Responsibilities: Responsible for setting up and operationalising supply chains between sourcing sites and destination markets across the region, and coordinating with multi-functional teams, stakeholders, and 3PLs to ensure a smooth operation with minimum losses at an optimised cost.
Achievements: Simplified regional sourcing by moving to consolidated distribution hubs, resulting in annual cost savings of over £100,000.

i-Trade Lead (imports & exports - Pakistan):

Managed the complete i-Trade operations for Pakistan SMO.
Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating with local and international teams, 3PLs, clearing agents & brokers and ensuring right contracts & SLAs are in place to meet the requirements while also reviewing KPIs and scorecards to ensure timely clearance and delivery while meeting the cost targets.
Achievements: Worked with F&A and bank representatives to deploy LC process during forex crisis - enabling continuity of critical imports with reliable timelines.
DC & Warehousing Lead:

Managed the complete finished good warehousing operations for Pakistan.
Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring right capacity for inbound & outbound as per requirement, budgeting, coordinating with production teams on the inventory levels and requirements, implementing safety & quality standards, leading external & internal audits and developing and reviewing scorecards to ensure an optimized operation with zero compromises on quality and safety.
Achievements: (i). Led IWS Phase 2 qualification for the warehouse (as the pilot site for the region) resulting in successful calibration for phase 2 readiness. (ii). Successfully led the site through external and internal audits on inventory management, 3rd party governance, safety and quality. (iii). Set up RCCP process with demand and supply teams resulting in 20% optimization in the warehouse storage requirements.

Worked as the Supply Network Operations Manager for Global Development Markets in the IMEA region.

Supply Planning lead:

• Responsibilities: Responsible for capacity planning and coordinating with production teams to ensure sufficiency as per market requirements - while also developing and deploying inventory targets to ensure an optimized operation. Also responsible for coordinating with manufacturing and logistics operations to execute projects to deliver cost savings.
• Achievements: (i). Simplified portfolio across different markets by prioritizing power SKUs while letting go of non - performing SKUs, reducing the portfolio size by 30% resulting in productivity improvement. (ii). Improved service measures (CFR, OTD, and SAMBC) by implementing a segmentation strategy on the full portfolio.

Customer Service Operations Lead:

• Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating with customers and distributors across the region to ensure supply, inventory & service targets are being met while resolving any issues that may arise.
• Achievements: (i). Developed and implemented the strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transition, ensuring full continuity with zero business loss. (ii). Managed the transition of master data and customer service from third party to in-house teams, ensuring 100% capability transfer with zero business interruption.

Responsibilities: Responsible for line operations & maintenance, delivering production targets and executing projects - with a key focus on operationalizing productivity, eliminating losses and delivering cost savings while ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Achievements: Standardized plant equipment & processes using IWS pillars of Loss Elimination (LE) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM)

• Responsibilities: Responsible for plant operations and project management and working with internal and external teams on enabling production targets while delivering projects involving procurement, erection and commissioning of machines, optimization and automation of processes, and design and manufacturing of components to fulfill requirement of the plant.
• Achievements: Overlooked the full project to build digital printing capability for the site - with the procurement, erection and commissioning of 2x Reggiani and 3x Durst digital printing machines.

• 4 weeks Internship in a startup at National Incubation Center, in a STEM based startup. Main tasks: Designing, developing and organizing workshops related to programming, robotics and automation.

• 2 weeks internship at PCSIR laboratories Lahore - Main Area of focus: Instrument Calibration lab

• 4 weeks technical internship at Atlas Power Plant - 225 MW IPP based in Sheikhupura
