Currently, I am responsible for overseeing the implementation of all project deliverables under WWF-Pakistan's Sustainable Infrastructure practice in Gilgit-Baltistan.   • Oversee, coordinate, and ensure implementation of all project deliverables under WWF-Pakistan’s Sustainable Infrastructure practice/project
  • Liaison, coordinate with and stay up to date on all matters pertaining to the WWF international's Governance Practice and Sustainable Infrastructure ACAI
  • Conduct desk reviews on CPEC projects and Interventions in priority regional landscapes, along with stakeholder mapping to identify key actors across sectors to begin engagement for the purposes of integrating green sustainable practices in Infrastructure planning with Gilgit-Baltistan governments
  • Build on the existing Action Plan related to the impacts of linear infrastructure on snow leopards.
  • Develop report work plan/recommendations on snow leopard friendly Infrastructure (Wildlife Cooridors)
  • Arrange workshops and lead coordination for the Greening CPEC Platform
  • Review existing regulations on Environmental Impacts Assessments (EIAs) and SEAs, prepare a case for legislative amendments to Improve existing processes In both the Federal and Gilgit-Baltistan EPA Acts
  • Organize landscape and practice-specific consultative workshops on sustainable Infrastructure and nature-based solutions with relevant WWF offices
  • Stakeholder engagement with existing donors/partners and outreach for potential partnerships
  • Work with WWF International Sustainable Infrastructure on preparing the WWF network's position paper on linear Infrastructure
  • Develop concepts and proposal and assist ln/design sustainable infrastructure and related projects
  • Extend support to the Programme Development team of WWF Pakistan wherever required.
