Joining KTML in 2011 as an HR Executive ignited a remarkable journey marked by consistent growth and impactful contributions. Five promotions, culminating in my current role as General Manager, HR, stand as testaments to my unwavering dedication and functional expertise. Overseeing strategic HR and organizational development for over 6,000 employees in one of the largest textile manufacturers is a source of immense pride.
