Responsible for managing and development Plant Automation involving PLC Hardware and Siemens Simatic PCS7 v8.1 Software. Also, responsible for timely Managing and planning procurement activities.
Nominate for IKN Cooler Automation and Control Engineering work form Lucky Cement with IKN experts in Neustadt am Rübenberge (Hannover) Germany.
· Cement Plant 3000 TBD Congo NYA Project
Leading the Automation project team, being involved in the Planning, Design and Technical meetings with FLS Engineers. Finalizing the Automation design and specification, Plant Network Layout and directing execution of work till completion.
· Cement Mills Basra Project
Was involved in the planning of Automation and Control system for two vertical Cement Mills from M/S Sinoma International China.
· Vertical Cement Mill FLS (OK Mill) Project
Leading the erection and commissioning of two OK 36-4 Vertical Cement Mills from FLSmidth. For the integration of FLS equipments with existing PLC System. Extension panels with ET200M were designed and integration of various plant equipment to existing PLC system was done on Profibus such as (ABB ACS800 drives, Pfister weight feeders, Bag Filter System etc.). Also, programming of PLC and designing of HMI was performed by LCL DCS Department team.
· Packing Plants
Leading the planning and execution of commissioning of new FLS packing plant. Previous Packers were replacement with new ones. The extension of I/Os in PLC panel and related modification in PLC/HMI programming was done by LCL DCS Department team.
· Refused Derivative Fuels (RDF)
Leading the commissioning of RDF project. The system consisted of a S7-300 station with couple of S7-300 stations and ET200 as slave on Profibus network with Fiber Optic transition (OLMs). DP/DP couplers were used for data sharing with existing system. Several Micromaster 420 and 440 drives were also installed. HMI and programming on plant side was performed.
· Waste Heat Recovery
Been a part of commissioning of 15 MW turbines utilizing waste heat from cement plants. The system consisted of S7-400H (CPU 414-4H) redundant controllers with ET200 slaves in an Industrial Ethernet network, while PCS7 was used for programming in CFCs.
· Cement Plant 3000 TPD (Line G)
Contributed in the PLC programming and HMI designing (WINCC) of the plant as well as hardware commissioning and signal terminations. The system was composed of a number of S7-400 (CPU 412-2DP) stations with ET200 (IM 153-1) and S7-300 (CPU 315-2DP) stations as slaves on profibus network.
· Cement Plants 3000 TPD each (Line E & F)
Contributed in the hardware commissioning and signal terminations at the PLC panels. The system was composed of a number of S7-400 (CPU 412-2DP) stations with ET200 (IM 153-1) and S7-300 (CPU 315-2DP) stations as slaves on Profibus network.
