• Technical Support: Resolving Jira tickets, including service requests, hardware requests, and access tickets, and assisting care agents with IT challenges.
• Email Management: Handling user email accounts, including configuration, issue resolution, and access permissions, to ensure smooth communication.
• MDM Management: Managing user onboarding and offboarding processes through Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.

• Network Management: Overseeing Unifi network management across Central Punjab, ensuring optimal connectivity, centralized network control, and reliable performance for all users.
• Hardware Maintenance: Repairing or replacing components such as hard drives, RAM, and power supplies, to maintain operational efficiency.

On-site support: Visiting warehouses to resolve complex IT issues with desktops, laptops, and network systems promptly and effectively.

• Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
• Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Ensure that all CCTVs Equipment around the building are efficiently installed and configured
• Maintain records and payroll of CCTV Staffs of all branches
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Repair or replace computer parts, Hard disk ram Power supply etc
• Network cabling and cat6 connector installation
• Visit Warehouses and resolve Staff's issue regarding CCTV footages and maintain backup log
