The project where I serve as a conversion specialist, turning customers from Amazon into loyal customers of Northgate Supply. A water pallet distribution company.

• Lead Ventures

The project where I serve as an appointment setter alongside North Gate Supply. Reaching out to insurance agencies on behalf of a lead vending company known as Lead Ventures, providing prequalified leads to Insurance Agents.

• Western Union: March 2024 - November 2024

Key responsibilities included:

• Selling contracts to various agencies to handle Western Union transactions as well as retaining long time service providers.
• Handling and preservation of sensitive and key customer information, and making important changes to any transactions made such as altering location, changing receiver information, cancellations and refunds, alongside usage of banking software such as AS400.
• Walmart: December 2024 - August 2025

Key responsibilities included:

• In Walmart I served as a customer success specialist. A rather traditional role in comparison to the previous one, making sure to follow up on delayed deliveries, cancellations, refunds and replacements.

Key Responsibilities included:

• Performing cold calling to generate leads for SEO and digital marketing services.
• Pitching marketing solutions to improve businesses’ online presence.
• Managing sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client communication.
