• Coordinates with finance dept. for settlement of agents’ accounts
• To look after agency development and renewal of annual membership with different networks
• Claims settlement for misrouted, damaged, missing goods
• All claims settlement of Badaruddin Stevedoring with coordination of insurance company

• To finalize manifest by the help of final groupage reports from Operation Department.
• To send all documents to overseas associates within ten days of vessel sailing.
• To correspond with USA / Canada associates.
• To trouble shoot all matters related to USA / Canada.
• To maintain vessel wise check list.

• Responsible for issuance of Bills of lading.
• To collect bank documents from customer for submitting to carrier.
• To send documents to agents.
• To look after customer’s requirements.
• To send vessel schedule to all customers by e-mail or fax.
• To trouble shoot upon customer’s complains
