-I-perf testing for data throughputs issues for new installed COW sites to resolve bandwidth issues.

-Upgrading the software SBL Upgrades. Swapping of NPU1B to NPU1C, NPU3 to NPU3B/3C for native IP configuration. Swapping of MMU2/2B/2C to MMU2D/2H for packet data transmission

Achievements :

-Successfully established the SMD (surface mount device) production setup which facilitates high-mix/low-volume production. As I got trained for Essemtec’s CSM7000 fully automatic pick n place system.

-Redesigning the major electronic circuit network for efficient design, low component count and cost effective design using Silicon lab’s Si3225/ Si3200 Dual Pro-SLIC wireline IC’s for PFX1604.

-Successfully completed design of Subscriber card using Legerity’s fully programmable Le58QL021/Le5711 IC’s which has replaced existing Motorola devices. The design is under production for PFX3208 version.

-To design Multi-Layer (Up to 40 layers) High Speed Boards Backplane Boards, Burn-In-Boards, Load Boards and Testing Boards for microchip manufacturing giants in the silicon valley mainly IBM, Intel, AMD, Altera, Xilinx, Agilent, Texas Instruments, Cypress Semiconductors, SONY, CISCO, National Semiconductor & many more.

-Have Design DIB (Device Interface Board) for the J973 VLSI Test System.

-Rectify any Signal Integrity issues. Facilitate customer about the design.

-Schedule Projects and monitor them at each level.

-Coordinate with the Application staff in USA to make things right at the first time.
