- Responsible inventory stock all equipments of utility assists
- Responsible for developing standard operating procedure, implementing of preventive and predictive maintenance, to ensure utilities equipment's are maintained.
- Supervise of the( 2MW )Solar project Installation,modification
- Supervise of the new project Installation, modification in existing systems, testing and operation after modification to take optimistic result
- Dealing with Mechanical & utilities component Manufacturing vendors discuss quality.
- Raise any safety issues with the HSE Officer and keep the Utilities Coordinator informed.
- Responsible for initial screening of incoming work orders, identification of scope, and analysis of required level of planning.
- Preventive maintenance Planning & schedule shut down activities
- Operation maintenance are Air cooled chiller, Air Compressor, nitrogen compressor, generator,boosters,Air Driers,cooling towers, Cyclopentane (C5) , cooling water centrifugal Pumps,
- Preventive maintenance planned are refrigerant chillers ,air conditions,industrial air cooler,
- Preventive maintenance planned solar plant.
- Overall safe operations & maintenance of all mechanical plumbing & life safety equipment's
- Operation maintenance R.O recycling, ETP, MBR, blowers, centrifugal pumps & compliance
- Organizing routine servicing schedules checking &calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
